Excellence permeates every area of Sinai Health and Mount Sinai’s security team is no exception. This week, Mount Sinai’s security team received Program of Distinction status from the International Association of Healthcare Security and Safety, becoming one of only seven teams across Canada to have received this distinction.
“Every day we strive to ensure our hospital is as safe as possible, and that is why we have been working hard to meet the standards of excellence necessary to qualify for this distinction,” says Mark McCormick, Fire Marshal and Security Manager.
