The people of Sinai Health make the delivery of high-quality, safe and compassionate care to patients and visitors possible. That’s why, last week, Sinai Health held our annual Service Celebrations to highlight our exceptional people. Managers, colleagues, and executive leadership came out to support and celebrate over 1,200 of our people being honoured for their service milestones.
Samar Rizvi, Project Manager, Information Services says her five years at Mount Sinai flew by. “I met so many people. I love everything about the organization…the positivity, the senior leadership, and the environment.”
Ryan Vergara, Physiotherapist, Ambulatory Care, also enjoys his team’s family-like connection. Ryan celebrated his tenth year at Bridgepoint and says his favourite part about his job is seeing patients meet their goals. “Everything we do has an impact on our patients’ lives.”
Likewise, Cynthia Poulos, Technologist, Microbiology says she loves knowing what she does helps others. Born at Mount Sinai Hospital, Cynthia dedicated her life to Sinai Health. She is one of a handful of employees celebrating 40 years with the organization. “I’m so proud to tell people I work for Sinai Health.”
Members of the leadership team also expressed their appreciation.
“Thank you for choosing Sinai Health and for your hard work, compassion, and dedication,” said Susan Brown, Executive Vice President, People and Culture and Chief Human Resources Officer. “All our achievements are made possible by your individual efforts.”
