Antimicrobial Stewardship epidemiologists

Epidemiologists study patterns in health and disease. They examine data about how we use antibiotics and how germs can become resistant to them. This research helps us make better choices for taking care of patients.

Learners

Mount Sinai Hospital is a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Toronto. You may see medical students, residents or other medical trainees as part of your care. Learners are supervised by members of the health-care team.

Our fellows learn important skills in infectious diseases, improving quality, and stewardship. These skills help them create and run strong antimicrobial stewardship programs.
