Complex Continuing Care
The Complex Continuing Care program at Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital provides ongoing, comprehensive and compassionate care for some of our community's most medically complex patients. We also offer a reconditioning service for patients to gain strength and mobility to aid in their recovery.
Our dedicated physicians, nurses and other health-care providers work together to optimize patients’ quality of life. We provide ongoing monitoring, treatment, support and care. We also provide support and assistance to caregivers and families.
The hospital’s state-of-the-art facility was designed to promote patient health and well-being. It boasts views of Riverdale Park, a bright and spacious atrium, a roof-top terrace and landscaped gardens.
As a research and teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Toronto, we continually discover new ways to treat complex patients. We are also committed to training future leaders in complex care medicine.
