We accept referrals from internal and external health-care providers. Please submit referrals through the eReferral network via Ocean.

Please note: We do not accept referrals for gestational diabetes, pregnancy counselling or patients using insulin pumps.

We accept referrals from all health-care providers and organizations within the catchment area. Please submit referrals through the eReferral network via Ocean.

We accept referrals from health-care providers for low-risk prenatal, intrapartum and postpartum care.

We do not provide routine care for pregnancy, delivery or newborn care for people who are not residents of Canada. Non-residents are encouraged to consider the timing of travel during pregnancy, as finding pregnancy and birth-care providers may be difficult.

Following completion of care, both the parent and newborn will be discharged back to the referring physician.

Please note: Care provided through our program does not affect the Family Health Organization (FHO) services at your site.

We accept referrals from primary care providers. To refer a patient for IUD insertions and removals, contraceptive implant insertions and removals, and endometrial biopsies, please submit referrals through the Women's Health Procedures Clinic referral form via Ocean eReferral.
