Certified diabetes educators (CDE) are trained nurses and dietitians who specialize in diabetes education. They offer valuable assistance in managing health and navigating life with diabetes.
CDEs assess patients and teach patients and their family members about diabetes. They also provide them with tools to hep them self-manage their diabetes.
CDEs also support and educate residents and clerks in diabetes management.

The Family Health Team pharmacist provides medication assessments and education to ensure medications are necessary, safe and effective. Our administrative team also upholds the smooth operation of the clinic. The team's efforts include optimizing patient access, coordinating service and upholding the highest standards of patient care.
Chart room
Sandy Daniel and Juna Sernias are the duo behind our chart room team. Together, they are the backbone of our document management system and electronic medical records.
With careful attention to detail, Sandy and Juna guarantee the completeness and accuracy of patient records. They make these documents readily accessible to our clinic staff and support the delivery of efficient patient care.
Clinic assistants
Our clinic assistant team consists of Rosalie Cabrera, Urygen Dolma, Pinky Deuna, Liudmila Manykina and Kristina Plotnikova. They are integral members of our team who support our clinical staff by ensuring smooth patient flow and assisting with minor clinical procedures.
