In this workshop, participants will explore how nutrition and lifestyle support immune function and stress resilience in a practical, realistic way.
We’ll discuss how stress impacts the body, give clarity on myths vs. facts around “immune-boosting” foods, and highlight simple, sustainable nutrition strategies to support immunity and stress resilience. Participants will leave with actionable tools to better support health without restrictive rules or perfectionism.
